I don't believe in diets, resets, detoxes or 21-day fixes (nor should you, btw).  Quick fixes can't help you make permanent changes to your health.  With an emphasis on whole foods, movement (both in & outside of the gym) and whole body mind & spirit wellness, I help my clients make small behavior changes to improve their daily habits & consequently their health.  For good.  How?

  • By helping clients put into action consistent daily health habits

  • By helping clients match their behaviors to their goals.

  •  By individualizing the plan to match each client's goals & perhaps more importantly, their vices.
