FITNESS TRAINING

Sign up for a small group training session for an hour-long workout that is guaranteed to leave you sweaty and high on endorphins!  Each session is a max of 4-6 people and is typically held weekdays at 8:30am or 9:45am.  Expect primarily low-impact, slow & controlled moves using weights, gliders, bands, med balls, TRX & more.

If you have specific goals, concerns or needs, 1-on-1 personal training sessions may be a better fit for you.  After a brief call to understand your specific goals. needs and possible limitations, I will design a program just for you.

PRIVATE HEALTH COACHING

Healthy Food

Private health coaching is driven by your health goals.  After completing a health history questionnaire, I will help you create a comprehensive wellness plan, but you will be the driver of this plan as it must be aligned with your values, priorities & motivations. Every 2-3 weeks, we will meet - either in person or online - to discuss how things are going & any revisions/additions to your plan.  New daily actions will be folded in as previous ones are mastered.  In addition, you will track your progress online daily.  You will have accountability & support from me every step of the way.

My coaching style does not require you to cut out entire food groups or counting calories.  I do not advocate trendy diets or gimmicks.  My method may not sound as flashy as some of the others on the market, but in order to transform your health, you must learn how to make small, incremental changes to your daily health habits that work for you.  These changes will compound over time - just like your retirement account - and before you know it, your new health habits will re-shape your nutrition, daily activity & health. ​

GROUP NUTRITION PROGRAMS

Outdoor Snack

Several times a year, LG3 offers group nutritional programs.  These programs are typically offered in January, March or April & October.  The group programs last from 6-8 weeks and are a great way to learn effective new habits to improve your health & lose weight.  Every 2 weeks, new habits are introduced and each participant has daily online accountability.  The programs typically include coaching sessions as well.  If you are interested in participating in the next group program, please reach out to get on the waitlist!
